Lake Francis Estates
Lake Francis Mutual Water Company
Lake Francis Estates was established in 1967 and it is believed that Ray & Emma Ingersoll originally planned for up to 200 Home Lots. The initial sub-division consisted of 58 lots and finalized at 57 due to 1 Lot-Line adjustment. E. Ray Ingersoll passed away in 2008 at the age of 98 and Emma in 2011 at age 94. There are no plans for future expansion of Lake Francis Estates. The Road leading into Lake Francis Estates pays tribute to Ray & Emma, being Ingersoll Road; Shirley Drive was named for their daughter Shirley and Kenneth Ave. for one of their sons.
